In the news there was a report about two children who died from carbon monoxide poisoning in Greece.  The news has made a lot of people question the safty standards abroad and of course in Lanzarote.

We can assure you that most (99%) of water heaters are actually electric in Lanzarote and not gas so there is no chance of anyone suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning.
