When you book your trip to Lanzarote you normally get transfers through the company, this means that you will be taken to your Hotel/Apartment in a coach provided by your travel agents.

There is nothing wrong with this other than it can take some time to arrive at your resort and you have to drop everyone off first.

Another way is to not arrange for the transfers and simply get in line for a taxi.

The Taxi line/rank is right out side the Airports exit so you don't have to walk far. Although sometimes there is a queue you do not have to wait long. Most resorts are quite close to the Airport so time wise you will get to your new home quite quick.

It will normally cost you around 10-15 euros to travel to Puerto Del Carmen / Costa Teguise but a bit more expensive for Playa Blanca (this resort is furthest from the Lanzarote Airport)
