Playa Bastian is located near the front of Costa Teguise. This beach is part sand and part volcanic rock.
The beach is quite well sheltered from the wind in Costa Teguise but as always if you are going to be on the beach it may be wise to take a wind breaker.
Just behind the beach you will find a very small shop selling snorkeling equipement, but if you walk around 50 yards further away you come to one of the main
shopping areas. Here you will find many shops including bars and restaurants to choose from.
