Lagomar

Lagomar is a house that Omar sharif once owned in Lanzarote. It's believed that he actually lost this house in a game of cards. The house which is build in to the side of a cliff in the town of Nazaret. The house was build by Cesar Manrique and when you visit this house you can tell this right away.

There is no trips up to Lagomar so the best way to get there is by getting a car for the day. Finding Lagomar is also difficult as there are not many sign posts, you need to be on the road heading towards Teguise, before you get to Teguise there is a small turn off to the right which takes you up to Lagomar.

It is now possible to get to Lagomar by booking a Free Blanket Trip run by PAL. You just have to put up with a demonstration of Wool Bedding. The trip is well woth it to see part of the island free of charge.
