 Timanfaya National Park

Which is host to Fire Mountain is the main attraction for people to visit when in Lanzarote. This massive Volcano erupted in 1730 and lasted 6 years till 1736. It's also classed as the closet to the Moons surface as you will find on earth.

On the north east coast of Lanzarote are home to more than 10,000 cacti. These attract the female cochineal beetle from which carmine dye is extracted.

Was born in 1919 in Puerto Naos Arrecife and is the person responsible for shaping the Island as it is today. His house in which people can visit is built in to the lava.

Jameos del Agua is located in the north of Lanzarote (next to the Green Caves) and is a tourist attractions which was formed by lava bubbles.

Is located in the northern part of Lanzarote, the park has 45,000 square meters of gardens and 1,300 exotic birds and animals.

Los Hervideros is near El Golfo, this is natural rock formation where the sea crashes against the rocks and causes some dramatic views.

Lanzarote has had a golf course for around 30 years now, with 18 holes and a 72 par course this is a very professional golf course.

El Patio is a unknown attraction in Lanzarote to most people, built in 1840 this is one of the oldest farm houses in Lanzarote.
