Golfing in Lanzarote

Golfing is enjoyed by millions of people around the world, Lanzarote (at the moment) has one golf course located near Costa Teguise. The course is 18 holes and was designed a British landscape architect, John Harris.

Although Lanzarote is very barren, the golf course in Lanzarote has bright green grass for you to play on.

The course is located at the foot of a volcano making the walk around the 18 holes very tiring so hiring a golfing cart is always advisable.

At the moment there is a second course being build just behind Puerto Del Carmen. The golf course is due to open in 2007.
